FAQ

Frequently asked questions:

Question:  I don’t sing, can I still join San Diego Women’s Chorus?

Answer: Yes!  There are many ways you can still participate and have fun by joining the chorus.  We need help with set design, media presentations and many other details big and small to make the chorus thrive.

Question:  I play a musical instrument, horn, flute, violin.  Is there any way I can help the chorus?

Answer: Yes!  You can talk with our artistic director, Chris Allen, and discuss how you can play during one of our songs during the concert.  We’ve had women play harp, flute and drums at our concerts and all have added to the concert experience for our audience.

Question:  I see that you must be able to match pitch with the piano.  What does that mean?

Answer:  To match pitch is another way of saying that you can carry a tune. Most people can,  but if you can’t and you still love music we still would love your help with other projects or need your help with the Accents.
